Terms of Service.
Effective 25 October 2026. These terms govern your use of Campus Depo.
1. Who we are
Campus Depo is a campus commerce marketplace that helps students discover vendors, place orders, arrange delivery and manage payments. In these terms, "Campus Depo", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the Campus Depo service. You can contact us at support@campusdepo.com.
2. Accepting these terms
By creating an account, using the app, placing an order or otherwise using Campus Depo, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Campus Depo on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use Campus Depo with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
- We may require student ID, identity, business, vehicle or other verification before approving certain roles or payouts.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, creates risk, or is required to be restricted by law.
4. The marketplace
Campus Depo connects customers, independent vendors and independent couriers. Unless we say otherwise, vendors are responsible for the goods and services they list, and couriers are responsible for the delivery services they provide. We facilitate discovery, ordering, payment collection and delivery coordination, but we are not the seller of vendor goods or the provider of courier services.
We do not guarantee that every vendor, courier, product or delivery will be available, accurate, safe or lawful. You should use reasonable judgement when dealing with other users.
5. Orders, prices and payments
- Prices, fees and availability are shown in the app and may change before an order is confirmed.
- An order is confirmed only when the app shows it as accepted or confirmed under the applicable flow.
- Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms and security requirements also apply.
- Wallet balances, refunds, chargebacks and reversals are handled under the app's payment and refund flows and applicable law.
- You are responsible for any charges, taxes or fees that apply to your use of Campus Depo.
6. Vendors and couriers
Vendors and couriers must comply with all applicable laws, maintain required permits and licences, provide accurate listings and delivery information, fulfil accepted orders, treat customers fairly, and follow Campus Depo's operational and safety requirements. Vendors are responsible for product quality, labelling, pricing, taxes and consumer claims relating to their goods. Couriers are responsible for safe, lawful and timely delivery.
7. Delivery and risk
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, campus access, vendor delays, courier availability and other factors outside our control. Risk in goods passes as agreed between the customer and vendor or as required by law. If something goes wrong, contact support and we will help coordinate a resolution where reasonably possible.
8. Cancellations, refunds and disputes
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the order status, the vendor's preparation stage, the delivery stage and applicable law. We may mediate disputes between users, but we are not a court and do not guarantee a particular outcome. You must raise a dispute promptly and provide reasonable evidence. Where required by law, nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- use Campus Depo for fraud, money laundering, illegal goods or unlawful services;
- harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against other users;
- impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- attempt to bypass payments, fees, verification or access controls;
- scrape, reverse engineer or disrupt the service, except as permitted by law;
- upload malware, spam or content that infringes another person's rights.
10. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, use, reproduce and display that content as needed to operate, improve and promote Campus Depo. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this licence. The Campus Depo name, logo, app, website, design and software are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
11. Disclaimers
Campus Depo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campus Depo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunities, arising from your use of the service or dealings with other users. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for a claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the transaction giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required by law. This section does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Campus Depo against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of another person's rights.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Campus Depo at any time. We may suspend, restrict or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if your account creates a risk to other users or the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute provisions, will survive.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us at support@campusdepo.com so we can try to resolve the issue. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, legal requirements or our practices. We will publish the updated version on this page and change the effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
